Colelie -letter to Re-Awakened Technologies Inc.

This letter was sent to my corpmates a few hours before the Colelie incident.

"As some of you may know, Karin Midular passed away today. She wasn't just "the republic former prime minister" : she was a Ray of Matar.

Her shooter is under Federation custody. So far, the Federation has refused to deliver any kind of information concerning him. In this whole storm, the Federation only treated minmatar like children.

A compromise should have been reached a long time ago, I can't begin to understand why it hasn't yet. The thing is : Karin Midular passed away and we still don't know who did it, or why.

The Republic Fleet will enter the Federation borders this evening and asked for capsuleer help. I will go.

I know it is a bad, a terrible idea. There's plenty of good reasons not to go. But I know a few things.

Considering the importance of the event, there's a high probability a certain Grideris will form a fleet. A huge one. Considering the guy loyalties, I bet he will stand by the Federation forces. I won't stay idle when the Republic Fleet runs into a wall of fire. I'll be there and shoot back, if it comes to this.
I have nothing but friendship for the Gallente people. I have a growing mistrust toward the government representing them. I'm not, believe me I'm not doing this out of hatred.

This is a high-risk operation, my crewmembers know it. Knowing this, they still massively volunteered to take this risk. I don't even have a combat ship able to crew so many people : choosing the few who will help me fly tonight wasn't easy, and this is, as weird as it may sounds, another reason to go.

This is a bad idea, a terrible thing to do. But I prefer being blamed and feel regret for something I've done than being praised and feel remorse for staying idle.
